The welcome desk of MEMOS Convention II will be located in the arrivals (turn right in the last way out of arrivals) from 8 am to 8 pm on the 5th December to help the arrivals of all participants, especially with transport information and orientation.

Bus and vans will be available ar Lisbon Airport arrivals area from 5th December, according to the timeline of participants flights to guarantee to all participants free transportation.

 

 

On 5th December, afternoon, the transfers from Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon to the official hotels in Estoril are guaranteed by the organizing committee.
On 6th December the transportation from the Estoril Congress Center to the venue for the gala dinner and return will be provided by the organizing committee.
On 7th December at afternoon and 8th  December at morning, the transfers from official hotels in Estoril to Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon will be ensured by the organizing committee.
